Software Developer – Java

Our customer is a global provider for business oriented mobile services like mobile messaging, sms services or mobile ticketing. Headquartered in Germany, the company offers its products and services to mobile network operators, enterprises, mobile service providers and internet companies almost all over the world.

For the our customer’s location in Dortmund, Germany we are looking for a

Software Developer – Java

Requirements:

• University degree in informatics or a related area
• At least 1 year work experience in application development
• Good working knowledge and practical experience in Java/JavaEE as well as JSF and Facelets
• Good knowledge/experience in relational Databases
• Practical project experience
• Good knowledge of English written and spoken, German is a plus Knowledge of the following areas is advantageous: UML, Glassfish, PostgreSQL, Hibernate, Linux, Eclipse, NetBeans, Git
• Willingness to learn and to share knowledge within the team

Responsibilities:

• Development of web based applications
• Maintenance and further development of existing systems
• Design, implementation and testing of new functions
• Preparation and execution of installations
